Void will?

A will has been challenged. Legatee/Beneficiary of ‘will’ is charged with fraud and forgery to obtain properties in different case. Does it make will void?

Both regd., and unregd., will can be challenged, but heavey burden lies on the person to prove it ,who challanges.

To prove the will evidence of the scibe and wittenesses are very important.  ONly taking contention of fraud and forzery does not make the will invalid.
