URGENT
I gave one vehicle to my friend as Gift Item. The vehicle was purchased by me. The friend has not changed the ownership of the vehicle. I am afraid he could misuse the vehicle. He is neither returning the vehicle. I want to lodge complaint against him. Learned counsels and advocate please guide me under which provision of IPC I need to file a complaint against him to recover my vehicle.

Is there any documentary proof to show that u have gifted ur vehicle to ur friend or is it by simple delivery?
