I am in discussion on a property in a Mumbai Society. Property is owned between owner+his wife +his mother. Owner and wife is settled in dubai and mom in Gujarat. Owner's brother stays in the house with his wife. Owner is saying he will make 2 POA one from Dubai (signed at Indian Embassy)registered in Mumbai and one for mother registered in Gujarat. His Brother will be the executor of POA. Is there anyway to validate the correctness of the POA? How can i confirm the authenticity of the documents? Anything else that needs to be checked in this scenario?
