valid driving licence holder drives avehicle in intoxication

What is the legal position if driver has valid DL drives a vehicle in any capacity, got accident injured and death some persons ,in that case whether insurance company is liable for compensation,give latest law. Its urgent. Thanks

Did the primary driver of the vehicle carry a medical insurance for no-fault party in his auto policy ?

that driver will get the criminal case it will go sepretly .. How ever  if you are insured with insurance company compansation wil given by the insurance company..
