Dear Club Members,
My family friend and his brothers and thier family totally 13 persons had gone to Kedarnath, all of them are now missing in the calamity no one is survived as on date. Now nobody is there in the family.
All the three family have good moveable and immovable property.(documents whereabouts are not known) Also some of the properties they have not informed any body. Now the question is who will be the successors/owner for these properties. What are the documents to be executed by whom to whom.
