A Citizen, has given a notice to the Hon'ble Humble President of India to appear in person before him on 30 May 2012 at 11:00 AM at his place in Bhadravathi, Shimoga District in the state of Karnataka.

“……I am giving the notice through this memorandum to you, the Hon’ble President of India and request you to appear in person on 30 May 2012 at 11:00 A.M on the address mentioned above, before me with list of all the existing laws, rules and regulations and convince me the need and the necessity of so many unnecessary laws, rules and regulations and explain me; why, I should follow the government laws, rules and regulations of this country / universe? What laws, rules and regulations are applicable to me? And obtain my acceptance for the same. Failure to present before me in person on 30 May 2012 at 11:00 A.M on the above mentioned address would be deemed to be treated as no laws, rules and regulations are applicable to me and to my family/parents; for any reasons, in any part of this Country or universe.”

Brief contents of the memorandum read as follows:
“…I understand and believe that, caste, religion, culture, community, reservation for men and women all these divisions are used for centuries, just for the sake of politics to get into power, to rule, and ruin the humanity in many ways. Why the government and religious leaders are dividing the humanity in the name of caste, religion, culture, community, man and woman?
Why the government is not removing these divisions from this country?
Why different laws are being created in this country for human beings, based on religion, culture and community and so on?
It is suggested to remove caste, religion, community, reservation from the country and make a single unique law which is applicable to all human beings in this country/universally; irrespective of s*x, caste, religion, culture or community. It is advised to remove from the bias in the name of religion, s*x, caste, community and make the human life simple to lead a happy and peaceful life with good intention….”
“…Let the people follow and belong to any religion, caste, community anything they like but the government should eliminate all this from its agenda while making laws, this would lead the country to move towards equality in the path of humanity. This seems to be absurd and stupidity, whosoever talks about equality of man and women. Men and women are two opposite s*x beings; they are fine and happy as they are, as long as they live naturally. So it is suggested to remove the bias between men and women while making laws….”
".....I believe that, neither women can be made equal to men by providing a legal right or political position or by creating some special laws; nor men can be made equal to women by making some laws or by eliminating men from being in political power. .......men and women both are two different faces of a single coin of humanity. Neither the men is great not the women, both are natural human being, both are fine and good as long as they live their part of life naturally..."
".....I request, the Government, political parties, politicians, religious leaders and all living men and women of this universe; please do not try to differentiate between men and women; inferior and superior; and stop try to bring equality between men and women just for the sake of ruling or for power politics. Men and women are really 100% fine in living their life in a natural way, as they are born and living in the world..."
“…….I was not aware of the laws, rules and regulations relating to IPC Section 498A / Marriage / Maintenance. So, I got caught even for not committing any crime or offence, myself and my parents suffered a lot and I have lost faith in the government, laws, rules and regulations, religion, caste, community, society and system….”
“…..I, understand and believe that, the laws relating to Marriage / Divorce / Maintenance are made is such a way that it is biased and are not clear. I was not aware of these of laws, rules and regulations. At the time of making these laws, If, I would have been aware of that, this kind of law is going to be implemented in India and are going to applicable to me, I would have been opposed and would not have been provided my consent for implementation of these laws. Thus, there may be many others laws, rules and regulation in this country, which I may not be aware of it now, and in future I may have to suffer for one or the other reason just because of the laws, rules and regulations which are harmful and biased and threat to mankind and to me. So, I do not accept the notion and saying that ‘ignorance of law is not an excuse’…”
“....to, tell you honestly, I am really surprised, and not able to understand how the government, society and this system is running all these years making fun on people and burdening the citizen life, by creating tons and tons of laws..... I am not sure about the total number of existing laws in force as on date in India; but my wild guess is that, at present in India there may be more than 10000 (Ten thousand) laws, rules and regulations and amendments on amendments to the laws are existing..."
"......to speak out practically, how the government, the system and the society expects that a citizen should be aware and follow tons and tons of laws and expect to keep update and be aware of the existing laws and amendments up to date? Is it possible for anybody to study, read and keep in memory and follow these tons and tons of laws, rules and regulation? So many illiterates, people don’t have proper education to read, understand and interpret the laws, in these conditions the saying “ignorance of law is not an excuse”, seems to be so funny and kidding with the people of the country....."
"...........for a literate, human being to read, understand and analyse all the existing laws it will take years together time and the update and amendment will be happening every day by way of court judgements, amendments, precedents and difference of judgements on interpretation on interpretation and so on. How much time an illiterate will take? If that is what is expected from a layman in this country, then, where will he get time to live and lead life in this country?....... how can you expect me to be aware of all the existing laws and related rules and regulations made in this country?"
".........there may be many laws which are threat to mankind and biased......, I am not going to accept it, until unless you convince me the need for the specific laws, rules and regulations;.......... I further, declare that from 09 May 2012 onwards, I will not follow and accept any laws of this country which are harmful to me and to my family to lead a happy and peaceful life in this universe..."
"........I am giving notice to the Hon’ble President of India, the Government, public and all living beings on this earth, declaring that, and I am out of all the laws, rules and regulations made by the Government. Further, declares that, I am not aware of any laws, rules and regulations and I live according to the way I like........In case, the Indian government or religious leaders or anyone one who like to bind me to follow any laws, rules and regulations, they should come and contact me in person....."
"............lovemaking, which is the basic reason for marriage and a natural need of all human beings in husband and wife relation, the husband has to seek his wife opinion and acceptance, if she is not interested what the husband should do? Is there any alternative arrangement or options are being provided in the laws to fulfil the husband needs? Can a separated male or female can post an advertisement in newspaper, or display an offer in public places by way of hoarding, pamphlets or brochure or drop an offer and approach in public for seeking a partner for lovemaking?......"
"......Is the law is clear or made any provisions for the separated wife and husband to meet and fulfil their physical needs in any manner? why for each and everything a laws, rules and regulations have been created? Why human beings are forced to live in the stress and a suppressed manner in this world in one or the other way? When two human beings, a male and a female interested in lovemaking with mutual consent or like to spend time and live together without disturbing anyone, then why this religion, system, society, government are not allowing them to live the life they wanted to live? Why the same is restricted in the name of religion, custom and culture, even though it is not creating any problems, the same would be termed as adultery in the eyes of law. What non-sense is happening here?......"
"........It is suggested to legalise the lovemaking services in India, so that the interested male or female, attaining the age of majority can provide or avail these lovemaking services to fulfil their physical needs and desires with mutual consent. Also suggested that, Proprietorship, Partnership, Private, Public limited and Multinational Company (M.N.C) may be allowed to establish and provide love making services in India; so that this would enable the interested persons to avail the services who are single, divorcee, or living separate from husband or wife and who is not interested in marriage, they can avail the lovemaking services...."
.....this kind of love making service centers will help the needy persons to fulfil their physical needs and desires. This will be helpful to minimise the criminal offences like rape, child s*xual harassment and other s*xual crimes in the country. This will also help to eliminate homos*xuality from the country and allow men and women to love and live the life in a more natural way......"
"........finally, I request you, all the citizens of this country, Political leaders, Political parties, Members of Parliament (M.P), Members of Legislative Assemblies (M.L.A), Members of Legislative Councils (M.L.C), all the Government employees, Government officials, Corporate entities, Educational institutions, Companies, Business leaders, Judges and Advocates, Media and Press, Religious leaders, Women Associations, Students, Senior citizens, Youth and all living beings, to discuss this memorandum in detail and speak out and provide your suggestions, opinions openly.

So, let us all forget our Caste, Religion, Culture, Political Party and Community created by centuries ago for many reasons, to divide and to rule the humanity for the sake of power politics...."
"...I believe that, even in this 21stCentury, people are still not ready to speak out the truth and accept the facts and realities of the life. People are not ready to discuss and talk about the division of human beings, category, caste, religion, quota, community, minorities, reservation, and s*x and so on. Believe it this is one of the golden opportunity to discuss anything and everything openly without any hesitation and an open option to accept and choose your life, the way you like in full 100% natural way without dividing the things and behaviours between good or bad; right or wrong; just to live and accept the realities of life and the fact as it is naturally. This is an open option and right time to bring changes in this country...."
".......You are born free, you can follow any religion, caste, culture and custom and so on whatever you like; and you can lead the life the way you like; but, speak out and provide your honest opinion and acceptance to remove all the rotten reservations, division of human beings, caste, religion, culture and quota, from this country’s political agenda and legal system. Let us all try to make, one common law, which is applicable to all human beings in this country for the sake of humanity. Believe it, that your opinion also matters a lot....."
"........let us all promise ourselves and take an oath in the name of humanity; saying that,“We will not divide the humanity in the name of caste, religion, community, custom, culture and political party, and fight for the same; we will live in this world whatever the way we like without bothering other living beings on this earth; we will express all without repressing, suppressing anything and will live naturally; we will live as a lively human beings, as we are born like a child by leaving all our egos behind; we will not wear any masks and will lead the life natural, the way it is, till the last breath of our life; we will hold, hand in hand and will spread love and happiness around the world by singing, dancing, celebrating the life with joy and will enjoy the life, the way it comes....."
