A case is filed before Metropolitan Megistrate Court for registration of birth. All documents, evidence had been filed and BMC submitted its report saying that court may decide matter. However, court refused to pass order. Since applicant is in urgent need of birth certificate it beg before judge to proceed in matter. The judge simply refused to pass order because his is getting transfer to another court, It seems to be unjustified not to pass order in spite of clear case. It has already spent 4 months without further progress in matter.
Please advice in matter, its an urgency.
