I tried my best searching on various websites, including the ones suggested by LCI members, but didn't find anything in this regard. If anyone comes across the judgement details (case no., date of judgement etc.) please post.

Are you a baby?  You need spoon feeding?

Looks like you are a baby.  How come you got married?   You should have been in baby sitting. :-))

First time I tried to post, it did not go through. Trying again... The best judgment on this subject is the Supreme Court's decision in Batra vs. Batra. See https://indiankanoon.org/doc/594165/.  This is the seminal case from which other judgments have flowed from different High Courts.

You search for the post reported in a column of the press  and the same was posted in this forum recently by one good person for the information of all.
