Hi, I need legal advice on below case : A person with good educational background was working in a large corporation, where he applied through fake certificate of work experience(7+Years). However, he left organization without being terminated. He applied to another organization which is an MNC with his original and genuine work experience certificates(5+ years), however during back ground verification his previous organization(large corporation) provided details including details of fake experience letter provided earlier. Previously applied to the large corporation with 7+ years of experience now applied to MNC with 5+ years of experience.
Please advice what are the legal implication of this case for :
1. For Employee
2. For MNC Employer - A NASSCOMM registered employer
3. For Large corporation employer
What can be an acceptable justification employee should tell to MNC employer. Request for urgent feedback.
