Uprooted my boundary fense

if someone uprooted my boundary fense can i file criminal case against that person? please advise the procedure.

Yes u can file criminal or civil case against him.

File a Police complaint seeking investigation into the account, giving names of suspects and depending on the progress you may decide depending on cost benefit analysis, efforts needed, relations to maintain etc and after consulting your elders in society take a decision on civil matter.
