One of my colleague told that there is an unreported supreme court judgement that, "a pre-trial conciliation is not mandatory in restitution of conjugal rights if it is against to the will of either a party." But unfortunately I don't know the particulars. Whether any our legal fraternities are having information about this unreported judgement? If Yes, Please respond this message as it is urgent.
