Hi, Am Sam living currently in Mangalore...I was using MTS Postpaid internet service been 1 Year or less. I took an interest on mts as my internet provider cos the data plans they promised me to offer...so i paid on them regular basis without any due... they maintained their words only for few months..initially they promised me that they are providing 40GB Unlimited Usage for 999rs+tax. so it was a bill around 1200rs every month roughly... after few months they cancelled that plan without informing. they changed it for 15GB night Usage from midnight 12.00am to 8.00am and other 15GB Day Usage from 8.00am to 12.00am so over all only 30GBs for a month not even 40GBs.As I'm need to work on internet basis its not enough for me so i called the MTS customer services they said me due to some reasons company had cancel the plan of 40GBs any time plan for all users.I told them i work on internet only on day time so i can use only 15GBs for a month, for that i have to pay 1200rs. and rest 15GBs night plan who the hell use internet from 12.00am to 8.00am....am paying the money on and who these people are to suggest me to use according to their convinience.. later after a month i got a bill about 3500rs a month bill. they asking me to pay on. so i stoped the service now... its been 3 months i didn't pay my bill on such cheating company....last day a person called me by saying that he is a lawyer from delhi and if i wont pay the bill within a day he gonna send a notice and i have to pay him 15000rs in delhi... so please tell me what i have to do now and i dont want to pay 15000rs for any reason. company cheated me and harrasing me to pay on that... please help me.. and help me how to file a case in consumer court .... what are the procedures for that.. thanks.
