I am landlord of a house wherein part is being used by me for dwelling purpose and part of th house ( Two room , separate Latrine & Toilet , & 250 sft open to sky built up area) although in his rent bill , I mention monthly rent for one room only, recently I had asked him to surrender rest of the protion which is not mentioned in his rent bill but he is claming that he is the owner of the rest of the position as he is staying there for more than 15 years and I did not give him any written notice in last 12 years so he has got ownership for the rest of the portion.
Now pl suggest how to defend it.
