A property put on auction by district court for the default made by the borrower and while the auction proceedings is pending this same property is saled in auction by lower court unknowingly in another case. how the bank can claim the property. The borrower is absconded

We have not been confirmed and acertained the facts of earlier auction proceeding of ower court. (nature of the case)
Third Party interest created in respect of the Property.
The Bank can not claim the same Property. You have to find borrowor has any other movables or immovable property. If he has that properties, Bank can claim.
