been trying to get a suitable anwer.the family have a shop bought in early 90's the saledeed was signed in the year 95.Now the problem is the premises is in the name and style of the younger brother so when father was there no problem occured .their father died in 2001 and after that the elder had to take over the responsibilities of the house the younger was studing in 11th now he finished and is become a lawyer.For the elder brother the shop licences are on his name from 97 and he enjoys the possesion right but now he is married and have children and since the younger is also settled he was in move to settle scores so the elder with lot of asking found that the agrreemnt itself is null n void cause he signed it when he was 15 now the elder dont know what to do so he had taken a electricity meter on his name he does not want to cheat him but make him understand and give him cash and settle but he does not want the elder had done lots of things for the shop like increased the lenght etc by his powers now the thing is younger is a layer who enjoys the right and whats the best to do?
