Dear  querist, to me, the resolution in the Board meeting of Trusteees shall be placed before the members and approved with majority of trustees present.  After resolution passed by the trustees, an amendment for change of name shall be executed before the Sub-Registrar concerned for registration of the amendment deed.  Then you have to submit the copy of the same to the Commissioner of Trust and bank (for account purpose)a also.
