i m a resident of kerala.i m now planning to buy a vehicle from bombay.what is the procedure to change the registration of vehicle to kerala from maharashtra? can i ride the vehicle without changing registration.if so what all documents shud i carry alongwith me in case if i m not changing registration?will it take a long time to change the registration frm one state to another??pls reply
