hey i have a problem in the agreement of my house. my house has got 2 sale agreements. 1 sale agreement is in my Mother's and chachi's name and the 2nd sale agreement is also in my other 2 chachi's name.....now i want to kno is how can i transfer this into my mother's name or my name....can we make a gift deed....or should go for the complete transfer by givin tht 5% stamp duty and registration....
