I purchased a property in auction by the bank and registered the sale certificate in favour of me on sep 2018, still now the khatha(RTC) has been not transferred in my name, I ask in the revenue office (BHOOMI), they saying that sale certificate will not allow them to change the record (not comes under there article) what will be the solution for this
