Suppose 1,2 & 3 were partners of a partnership firm ABC which was into construction business and the same firm 'ABC' splits. Can partner 1&2 take their financial and techinical credentials out from firm 'ABC' ? If so, than can partners 1&2 club their credentials together and put them into a new firm? If yes, will these clubbed credentials be taken into considertion while evalvation if they file a bid for a contract? Any jugdements as refrence are requested to be posted along.
