Sir/Madam,
I am a handicap employee of in Jharkhand state govt. in post of LDC and my wife is employed in Uttarakhand state govt. as Teacher. Is there any way that we both can be at one station, as these posts are very common in both states.
where can I get a reference of judgement if such case arised earlier.
It is not possible as both are working under different State Governments.
