My mother filed suit against my father in family court as he remarried without our knowledge & force us to leave the home.the court granted interim injection against my father. Next month a sub court started near our place & the case is shifted to the new sub court, now the judge here is not willing to listen to us rather she is forcing my mother to divorce my father. Is it possible to change the case to another court filing a petition in high court.
