I am a foreign citizen with Indian origin. Can I transfer my brother's business which is a sole propreitor to my incorporation . I need to start an incorporation. Can i start a back dated incorporation. My brother had a case against his business he wanted to transfer his business in to my incorporation to avoid heavy penalties.
In case it was transfered and case goes against him Do I need to pay from my personal assests.
