To know the numbers of passports

1.     Dear Sir/Ma`am

1. I wanted to ask can I get the details of  Indian passport of a particular person  via right to information act and I also wanted to ask if I can get details of the same person`s Nepalese passport somehow / or/ through private agency. Can there be any legal help for getting the details of his Nepalese passport.
2. How can i know about the passport number of a person holding 2 passport , and to get Nepalese passport he gave money to some one to get him Nepalese Citizan and the father`s name of the person holding both Indian and Napalese passport is different .
   
3. Is there any way through which i can get the number of the passport of that person
   
4. I have the name and the father`s name, Date of birth , and the address of the indian passport of that person
   
5. I have the name , year of issue of the Nepalese passport of that person, 
6. Can some  private detavtive agencies can help me or there any way to know some one passport number through his details  ( Name , Address, Fathers name  , Mother`s Name) Nepalese and Indian both.
