to change my father's name

i want to change my father's name from my 10 and 12 th marksheet. i am a student of Bihar board. i want sunil kr.sinha instead of sunil kumar and my school has also record of sunil kumar instead of sunil kr. sinha . what should i do?

Application to be filed in gazette department in your state. Procedure follows from the department officials regarding correction of father name on your certificates
