One of my friends wife had filed case against him mentioning he is having affair with someone... my friend got arrested and mattter went to court and he was been released and case got closed.. Now is it possible for him to apply for bank loan or new passport? do this police case matter will come in his way. Because whenever he asked any of the agents for issuing new passport they said his passport application will be denied and he will not be able to apply for any bank loan also.
