Three months salary pending

Dear Sir, I was working with MEC SHOT BLASTING EQUIPMENTS PVT. LTD. JODHPUR RAJASTHAN, I resigned from the company on May,2017. My March, April & May 2017 salary is still pending with the Mec. After several reminders I did not get any response from the Mec. I currently stay in Delhi. Please suggest how to retrieve the salary legally. Regards Ashish Avasthi

IF you fall under the definition of employee within the meaning of Shops & Establishments Act, you can approach the Labour Dept for the delayed wages.

if the amount is Rs. 1,00,000/- or above then being financial creditor get issued legal notice under Insolvency Act and if notice not complied with then initiate proceeding under IB code.
