I own a property in my ancestral place. recently the villagers attacked me and tried to harm me. when informed to police, no help.
so FIR done and now problem with case been delayed as no chargesheet.
On the contrary the villager threaten to take away and even trespass my property as I stay in Mumbai.
What is the ideal way to get my property and also to clear the case.
