Sir,
I am pune resident, me and my family is under threat from Gangsters. They are active gangsters since
last 20 years and various cases going on against them in court of law.
These Gangsters stay in our area and committed variuos serious crime like murder, robbery etc.
In last May 2012 they commited 3rd murder in our area and now they are out on bail.
They have captured our vacant land and we have file Civil Suit aginst them, case is going on.
My query is -
1. as they are gangsters why Police didnt charged them under MOCCA (maharashtra organised crime control act) till date rather only under CRPC?
2. what should we do to compel Police/Court to charge them under MOCCA ?
3. As these gangsters manage police also many times, with whom to file case ?
