The release deed is valid or not?

My grandfather has 2 sons and a daughter(my mom). My grandfather has some self acquired property. he left us without leaving will. My uncles has got release deed from my mother in 2007 for that property. At that time i was major in age. I didnt signed in that. Now i want to know whether that release deed is valid or not.. Is it possible for me to cancel that deed or not.. please reply us.

I am not a lawyer.

Though you were a major at the time of your mother signing the release deed, you did not have any rights on the land. You rights to the property would have come from your mother. Your mother released her rights to the property and hence you don't have any rights.
