1. mine too rcr by wife got merged / clubbed with 125crpc in fly. court today.........
2. good all evidences, cross, witnesses would be examined jointly.........but gt date for cross of wife 2mths later
3. new magistrate is quick but its 3rd from filing of my case.........
4. tantrums were there from wifes lawyer i dont know why but good it got clubbed.........i agreed for cohab but its desertn by wife to be proved.........
5. orders for 24hma filed by wife for maintenancein 13a filed by me in 3days ......fingers crossed lets see who slams more..........24hma or 125crpc...........at last its the husband only who gets slammed.......
