today A.raja the accused of 2g spectrum got bail. the judge gives a landmark judgement stating that BAIL NOT JAIL. it means that unless proved guilty an accused should not be put in jail but must get a bail. this is the backbone of justice. this is the most just attitude on part of judiciary.

most of the accused today in all the field both major or minor crimes are put on jail before even trial begun. in this country of illetarate fools, nobody would ever protest against such inhuman barbaric practice. how silly.
in every crime, the accused must not be put in jail before the trial even began. he should not be put on police remand because he is just a suspect and illeterate police of india will do the job of both judge and executioner . then where the accused should be put? the accused should be put in house arrest from where he could not influence the witness.
this should be the practice of a civilized society.
