TerminationWithout Any Valid Reson

Hi Sir, Am working in one pvt ltd. Company since 3rd july 2013 but not they terminating my services. Last night on of my friend call me for a party around 23 hrs so after that we made party but as am not drink regular so l lost my self and sleep in the car. My friends searching my home Becsuse they thought they drop me safely. But unfortunately no one found my home so they go i. My office only for know the my homes address. But security gurd did not allows in office so there was some cold war between my friends and security gurd. As am not aware anything because i was drunk. But am not in office..also i did not call to any one i had complete ed my shift successfuly. And after office i have my parsonal life but still my hr told me we will terminat you service. Please help me sir because am in trouble now and also thry not giving my salary too.
