1st thing 1st; generate irrefutable evidence of demand of resignation......................that can be termed Deemed Termination.

The employee should generate irrefutable evidence for use, if the need be, at appropriate time in appropriate forum..........for calling back the termination order, reinstattement with back wages, damages etc etc
The irrfutbale evidence can lead to establish the malice, malafide, bias, vindication.............
The termination effected by citing T&C of appointment letter may still be illegal....
The employee should download and collect, evidence of perfromance/integrity etc etc , appraissals, increments/awards/rewards/apreciations etcetc , NO misconduct/SCN/stinkers issued to employee..................
The employee is Teacher or a NOn teaching staff?
Why all of a sudden demand of resignation and threat of termiantion is made?
