Termination in probation period

I was working as a regular employee in a public sector of central govt.and Joined on 04.03.2013 posted in north east India, for probation period of 2 year. At last of probation period they conduct a exam( written+interview) but I failed for the ist time (jan2015)in written, for the second time(nov 2015) I passed in written but failed in interview, now they terminate my service. In this case what should I do. Plz reply. Manish

Relate with service rules and clauses applicable to probation and confirmation of service.

If there is a variance/violation in your case, submit a gentle application under proper acknowledgment.

If there is NO variance/violation in your case, submit a gentle appeal to grant another opportunity under proper acknowledgment.

 

If there is a precedence of granting opportunity  in someone else's case , submit a gentle application under proper acknowledgment.

 

If you are unable to understand or have evidence of precedence consult an able counsel specialzing in service matters.
