Termination from job without gratituity.

Sir/Madam,
I have been working as a teacher in a reputed private school for the last 14 years. Every body in the school knows that I am hardworking and dedicated in my work. The employer has been exploiting us right from the beginning without providing basic leaves , without paying salaries in the vacations, without basic rights like employees provident fund,ESI,Gratituity . Now with some bad intention he has terminated me from my job without a notice and any reason. When I ask him to pay some Gratituity as I worked for a long period of 14 years,he denies to pay anything. Please advise me what could I do to get some Gratituity from the employer.
