Tenant Trouble

Hello sir I am gaayatri. .I have two tenants on rental basis in my shop building. One stays for merely 20 years and other stays for 11 years. . Due to some personal problems I told them to vacate. . But now they demanding me to give money inorder to vacate as they stayed for more years. . tenants has some receipts such as address proof, bills etc as evidence. . Is there any one solution to get compromised or do I need to pay money? ? How should I proceed this further
