A) We stay in Rented(pagdi System) in Malad from last 30years, The person who comes to collect rent is only caretaker which we only assume, and the property belongs to her Grandfather(Nana) and his Son in Singapore expired, and then the said property was given to her Daughter on power of attorney ,who expired as well without leaving any will, so now his son is collecting rent in CASH and gives us rent receipt on his father name.
B) The son who collects the rent does not care for the building and all our repair work is done by welfare society, he has also not paid property tax from three years and water bill aswell
C) I would request you to please give me some advice, as I want to sell my property in this situation i.e without land lord/Owner
