Our tenant has not paid the rent for the past 5 consecuticve months after which we filed a case 3 years back.
Appeals after appeals were put forward and finally we were supposed to take possession.
When we went to the spot, we found that the tenant had sublet the house to another person.
This person has filed a case against us and again appeals and adjournment.
