Tenant eviction

One my tenant who is using one shop room at the ground floor of my building operating gold smith business and all of a sudden he erected one new bigger size Glow sign board replacing the earlier GSB of 30"x15" of size 4'x2' at the first floor balcony of my dwelling unit, although i repeatedly asked him not to erect the same and denied my permission as landlord, he is not having any permission to keep the earlier GSB of Smaller size as well. The erection was done in my absence, now I lodged the complain to local P.S. and they are suggesting to move to civil court for removal of the said GSB, Pl advice course of action. He is paying monthly rent against monthly rent receipt as of today, if I go for eviction then shall i get any merit for this unlawful and forceful erection of GSB.
