Tenancy dispute

i had given one office on rent by entering into an rent agreement which is not registered for 11months.more than 3 years have passed since than.tenant is paying rent regularly.now i want this office back for my personal use but the tenant is refusing to vacate it.can i get it vacated by going to the court.here it is worth mentioning that the rent agreement was not renewed in between and rent which was rs.5000/-initially was increased by rs1000/-a year ago.

Give a personal notice to tenant with sufficient time to vacate under transfer of property act. If he not turned up, then arrange to issue legal notice. For legal notice consult my no.9989324294
