i own a property let out to a tenant under the maharashtra rent control act, this tenant has not been living in the said property for many years.he and his family have settled in USA.He has given the said property for occupation to his cousins sisters mother(his aunt). His cousin sister has a tenented property in her name.All tenancy documents are in the name of the original tenenant .No rent has been received for 5 years.Kindly tell me if there are sufficient grounds for eviction under maharashtra rent control Act.Also let me know what documents would be needed
