Tenancy agreement

a tenancy agreement entered in 1975 for 98 years wherein tenant is having right to purchase tenanted property tenant issued notice to land lord for purchase of the said property for which land loard denied hence tenant filed suit for specific performance of said tenancy agreement now land lord do not want to sale the property to said tenant land lord want to terminate the said agreement please guide thank you santosh maske
