This is with regard to recent Hon'ble Supreme Court judgment in Civil Appeal No. 2968 of 2012 arising out of SLP (C) No. 15382 of 2009. I want to know from your goodself either this judgment has impact on Tenancy Cases in which Rent Agreements are expired i.e. if rent agreement is for 10 years and it has expired in the year 2000.
