I am faced with a question on appropriateness of erecting mobile towers in a residential area (at ground level),
There is a residential layout with in the city limits (Bangalore). Construction and other activities have not begun in the layout. However about two owners of the sites have permitted for mobile towers to be erected with a DG set. Does it not cause inconvenience to the adjacent site owners? Who is the authority who sanciton this and whom should we approach with a complaint? It comes with in the BBMP limits (possibly as revenue pocket since it is a private layout with ecessary napprovals).
Besides Mobile tower erection etc comes under which segment of law?
