Technical resignation

I have been working in AIIMS, Jodhpur for 9 months. I am selected as Income tax Inspector before selection in AIIMS. After joining in AIIMS I intimated the authority about my selection as ITI. Now my joining in Income Tax department has come. I have applied for technical resignation in my current deptt. Can they reject my application for being in probation? Even if they grant me technical resignation, will there be any ground that Income Tax department rejects my Technical resignation? Please Help..
