I GOT EXGRATIA PAYMENT AND EMPLOYER DEDUCTED TAX ON THAT C AN I CLAIM REFUND OF THAT AS IN THE PAST HIGHT COURT PASSED SOME JUDGMENT REGARDING THAT

Pl. note exgratia payment is taxable.

Even after receiving the said exgratia payment, if you do not have any tax liability, then you can obviously seek refund.  Otherwise NOT.
