I Have recd full interest (08-09)on L/C opened by customer. I have not shown any TDS Credit. He has shown TDS Deduction in his books and submiited it to govt (08-09)..
He forgot to send me the TDS Certificate.
Can I take the credit in current year..

Credit for TDS is available in the year in which corresponding income is included in the taxable income.
You can file a revised return to claim credit of TDS as the entire interest income has been shown by you in FY 08-09.
