Tax for non residence

Dear All,

I am Indian citizen, staying aborad for 6 years with permannet resident status..but still Indian Citizen..

is it compulsory to file tax at India for me?

I have small parental agrecultural land at India (Less then 1 lakhs income)

Recently I am planning to purchase some more land in India, so is it good idea to file tax for income receive from agricultural land..

As such if I am not wrong, as non resident keeping agreecultural land is not allowed and filing tax from such type of incomes is goood idea?

Is it good idea to file tax so that it may be helpful for future any purchase of land and transections?

I do not think there is any law which stop you from keeping an Agricultural land, it prohibits you from acquiring it by way of purchase.

Futher, there is no harm in filing Income Tax Return for Agricultural Income. Since, it is exempt.
