Tamilnadu Correction Deed Registration for Area

I Purchased and registered a plot in 2014 with correct sizes 10.7m *16.8m and Area incorrectly as 176.76 m2 instead of 179.76 m2.
Now seller agreed to visit SRO to execute the correction deed registration.
Question is should the Stamp duty and registration charges to be calculated for the increasing 3 m2 Area?
Or the current GL value of New Total Area 179.76 m2 minus earlier GL of existing area 176.76 m2 to be taken into account?
Please advise

You have to pay additional stamp duty for registration charges for additional area as the stamp duty is calculated on the basis of area.

Sir, stamp duty for the additional area Guide line value is acceptable, but SHOULD the difference in Guide line value for the area earlier recorded also to be added up with additional area Value?
